this app was designed to use on a 1080p monitor. if your monitor has a different resoluation, you may need to zoom in or out, and the text may be hard to read. sorry, but i'm too lazy to make it responsive yet.
use the controls at the bottom to adjust the sleep timeline. click on the cells in the "schedule" row to set the times you want to be awake at (spoiler alert: a 9-5 isn't gonna work)
Shift by 0 hours:
Minimum hours of sleep: 7
Maximum hours of sleep: 9
Hours of grogginess: 6
